Description: The time to determine a link that has excessive errors. The link will be automatically shut down when this number of milliseconds experiences the number of erred frames specified in the hysterisisErredFramesPerMilliSecond object. **NOTE: You must SET the writeRlsMonitorParametersToSystem object to write this paramater to RAM. If you write and immediately read this object, the previous value will be displayed. You should SET all parameters in this folder first, and then write to a '1' to the writeRlsMonitorParametersToSystem object. You must also save the MIB via the writing the apSaveMIB object, and then reset the system.

What is hysterisisErredMilliSeconds?

This read-write field sets the time window, in milliseconds, over which hysterisisErredFramesPerMilliSecond's erred-frame threshold is evaluated to decide whether to trigger an automatic link shutdown. As with the related RLS parameters, the new value only takes effect after writing writeRlsMonitorParametersToSystem, saving the MIB, and resetting the system.
