Description: The radio frequency standard used in the system.

Frequency bands are divided into sub bands.

ie FCC 23 Ghz Band is comprised of fcc23a, fcc23b, fcc23c and fcc23d which make up the entire FCC23 band

What is frequencyType?

This read-write object selects the radio frequency regulatory standard/sub-band the system operates under, from a large list of regional bands (for example the FCC 23 GHz band is split into sub-bands fcc23a, fcc23b, fcc23c, and fcc23d). This choice determines which specific frequency channels show up as selectable in the tx/rx frequency tables elsewhere in this MIB.
