Description: The number of outbound packets of CoS 1 which were chosen to be discarded even though no errors had been detected to prevent their being transmitted. One possible reason for discarding such a packet could be to free up buffer space. Another reason would be exceeding their maximum time-to-live.

What is awcIfOutDiscardsCoS1?

Counts the number of outbound Class-of-Service 1 packets that were intentionally dropped before transmission due to resource constraints such as buffer overflow, despite having no detected errors.
