Description: The number of outbound packets of CoS 0 which were chosen to be discarded even though no errors had been detected to prevent their being transmitted. One possible reason for discarding such a packet could be to free up buffer space. Another reason would be exceeding their maximum time-to-live.

What is awcIfOutDiscardsCoS0?

Counts the number of outbound Class-of-Service 0 (lowest priority) packets that were intentionally dropped before transmission, typically due to buffer exhaustion or congestion, even though no transmission errors were detected.
