What is atmVplStatTotalDiscards?
This is a read-only counter measuring total ATM cells discarded by traffic policing on a Virtual Path Link. It includes discarded cells with both CLP=0 and CLP=1 to track congestion-induced losses. A counter incrementing to 50000 indicates 50000 cells were dropped due to traffic violations.
