What is atmVclStatTotalDiscards?
This is a read-only counter measuring total ATM cells discarded by traffic policing on a Virtual Channel Link. It tracks both low and high-priority cell losses due to congestion or policy violations. A counter of 100000 indicates 100000 cells were dropped on this VCL.
