Description: The total number of valid ATM cells transmitted by this VCL. This includes both CLP=0 and CLP=1 cells.

What is atmVclStatTotalCellOuts?

This is a read-only counter measuring the total number of valid ATM cells transmitted by a Virtual Channel Link. It tracks all outgoing cells (both CLP priorities) to monitor egress throughput. A counter of 4900000 shows 4900000 cells were successfully transmitted.
