What is atmVclConnKind?
This configurable parameter specifies whether an ATM Virtual Channel Link (VCL) uses Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) or Switched Virtual Circuit (SVC) call control. PVCs are statically configured, while SVCs are dynamically established and torn down on demand. Network operators set this value during VCL creation to choose between static circuit provisioning and dynamic call control based on traffic requirements.
