What is atmInterfaceTCAlarmState?
Indicates whether an alarm condition is active in the ATM Transmission Convergence (TC) Sublayer on this interface, specifically flagging a Loss of Cell Delineation (LCD) failure when the device cannot locate cell boundaries in the incoming bit stream. A value of noAlarm means the TC Sublayer is functioning correctly.
