What is atmInterfaceOCDEvents?
This OID counts how many times an ATM interface loses cell synchronization due to persistent transmission errors. When seven consecutive cells arrive with invalid checksums, the interface declares a loss of cell delineation. An operator tracks this to identify physical line problems like crosstalk or signal degradation requiring maintenance or replacement.
