Description: The time system startup up in seconds since January 1, 1990. This value in concert with 'sysSecsSinceStartup' below can be used to compute the current time in seconds since 1/1/90.

What is sysAbsoluteStartupTime?

System startup time in seconds since January 1, 1990. Baseline for calculating absolute time combined with uptime counters. Combined with sysSecsSinceStartup yields current time.
