An index into the slotTable This has the same value as slotIndex, it is set to 0 for systems with one logical slot card.

What is fatalLogSlotIndex?

Slot number for the card that generated the fatal error in this log entry. Identifies which hardware component failed. Value 0 indicates single-slot systems.
