Description:
When read returns valid if the indexed slot/item can dial a call. Writing any value will cause a call to be placed when valid, otherwise the write is ignored.
What is doDial?
Controls whether the specified slot/item can initiate outbound calls and triggers call placement when written. Reading returns 'valid' if the interface supports dialing. Writing any value triggers a call; returns 'notValid' if dialing is not supported.
