Description: The minimum response time, in milliseconds, observed during the report interval.

This object is the minimum value of the individual response times observed during the interval. Only server responses that the probe has successfully paired with client requests are included in the calculation.

What is artMinRspTime?

Reports the fastest server response time in milliseconds recorded during the report interval, reflecting the best-case latency seen for successfully matched client-server request/response pairs.
