When the field is read as available(0), the client can write the value locked(1) into this field to prevent a second client from performing managment ops on this instance.
What is acSonetSectionThresholdAdminStatus?
A writable field (available=0, locked=1) providing mutual exclusion for management operations on SONET section thresholds. Engineers set this to prevent concurrent updates from different management stations. A value of 1 indicates the resource is locked.
