What is acDs3ThresholdNEIntervalUASs?
This integer threshold generates alarms when Unavailable Seconds in an interval exceed the configured value; 0 turns off the check. UAS represents service outage, so even low thresholds are common for critical circuits. A setting of 0 means alert on any service unavailability.
