This integer daily threshold generates alarms when C-bit Severely Errored Seconds exceed the configured value per day; 0 disables the check. Daily CSES identifies whether severe overhead corruption is isolated or chronic. Setting to 5 alerts if severe C-bit errors exceed 5/day.
