This integer far-end interval threshold generates alarms when remote Severely Errored C-bits exceed the configured value per interval; 0 disables the check. Far-end CSES monitoring reveals if overhead corruption occurs at the far end. Setting to 3 alerts if far-end severe C-bit errors exceed 3/interval.
