What is acDs3IntervalUASs?
This read-only counter measures Unavailable Seconds—when no valid signal is detected—during the interval, though it may decrease at interval boundaries. Unavailable time indicates complete service loss. A value of 60 means the circuit was unavailable for 60 seconds total in the interval.
