What is acLogicalDs3ConfigTransmitClockSource?
An enumerated clock source (loopTiming, localTiming, throughTiming) indicating which clock drives the DS3 transmitter. Network engineers use this to understand timing synchronization strategy; throughTiming means this port slaves to another port's recovered receive clock. For logical DS3, this is always throughTiming, pulling clock from another physical DS3.
