What is acLogicalDs3ConfigLineStatusLastChange?
A timestamp (system uptime in hundredths of a second) recording when the DS3 last entered its current line status state. Network engineers use this to correlate configuration changes or outages with system events. Example: a timestamp of 50000 means the line changed status 500 seconds (8+ minutes) after device boot.
