Description: Specifies the default minimum contention loser sessions limit.
This parameter should be set to the desired value before setting the command (appcCnosCommand).
This parameter applies to the INITIALIZE_SESSION_LIMIT and CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT verbs.
What is appcCnosMinClosLimit?
Sets the default minimum number of contention-loser sessions the local LU will maintain when initializing or changing session limits via CNOS. This floor value must be configured before issuing an INITIALIZE_SESSION_LIMIT or CHANGE_SESSION_LIMIT command.
