Description: The total number of responsiveness exceptions generated. This counter will be incremented even if no notification was sent due to notifications not being configured or due to exceeding the apmNotificationMaxRate value.

Tracks the cumulative number of responsiveness exception events generated for this entry, regardless of whether notifications were actually sent. This counter helps assess how frequently responsiveness thresholds are being exceeded.
