What is apmBucketBoundaryLastChange?
Reports the sysUpTime timestamp of the most recent modification to any responsiveness bucket boundary across all application directory entries. This helps detect and resolve conflicts when multiple managers attempt to apply different bucket boundary configurations simultaneously.
