What is pvcPerfCurrTxFrameLoss?
An integer percentage of transmitted frames lost on a PVC, or 255 if unavailable. Engineers monitor this to detect circuits with poor transmission quality or excessive drops. Example: 2% loss indicates 2 out of every 100 sent frames are lost.
