Description: channel average user tx load within a 15 minutes interval,this statistic datum is calculated by user data octets sent by the channel within the 15 minutes over the total channel available load ( which depends on physical interface speed).

What is chPerfIntvTxLoad?

An integer percentage representing average transmit utilization from user traffic over 15 minutes, calculated as octets sent divided by available bandwidth. Engineers track this for capacity planning and to identify sustained overload conditions. Example: value 75 means 75% average upload usage during that interval.
