Description: The control character sequence that restarts output if the charPortOutFlowType parameter (in the char MIB) is set to xonXoff.

What is anxpOutputStartChar?

Control character that resumes device output when transmission was stopped. Paired with output stop for flow negotiation. Example: Ctrl-Q resumes outbound data.
