Description: When enabled, instructs the Annex to ignore the eighth bit of all received characters on the port.
What is anxpImask7Bits?
When enabled, the device ignores the 8th bit of all incoming characters, forcing 7-bit ASCII mode. Compensates for broken hardware or legacy systems. Example: enabled strips parity bit for terminal compatibility.
