What is brzaccVLUnderrunEvents?
This counter tracks transmission aborts when frames arrive faster than the device can transmit them. Engineers use this to detect buffer overflows and capacity bottlenecks at the transmitter. Example: 200 underrun events indicate the upstream is overwhelming the transmitter's ability to process frames.
