What is brzaccVLTcpPortPriRTPRTCP?
Controls whether RTP/RTCP-based priority applies to both RTP and RTCP packets or only to RTP packets (those with even destination ports) within defined TCP port ranges. This determines how voice and media control traffic is prioritized.
