BreezeNET-B products will return 65535.

An INTEGER committed information rate (Kbps) guaranteed from SU to AU, below MIR. Not on BreezeNET-B; ranges 0-53888 Kbps by model. Example: set to 256 Kbps to assure minimum upload capacity.
