What is brzaccVLCellDistanceMode?
An enumerated INTEGER (automatic=1, manual=2, na=255) selecting whether AU/BU automatically learns cell distance or uses a fixed configured value. Automatic mode measures farthest SU; manual mode allows override. Example: set to automatic for self-configuring cells; switch to manual if distance measurement is unreliable.
