What is alPptpStatsSessionLocalFlowOff?
Indicates whether this PPTP session is currently in a locally flow-controlled (paused) state because the peer has sent as many unacknowledged packets as the local receive window allows. When true, the local system cannot accept more data until it acknowledges existing buffered packets.
