What is ospfAreaNbrStart?
Counts the number of OSPF neighbors in the 'Start' state within this area, meaning Hello packets are now being sent to those neighbors at regular HelloInterval intervals. A persistently high value may indicate neighbors that are not advancing through the adjacency formation process.
