Description: Setting this value to clear(2) clears the ARP cache.
What is arpCacheClear?
Allows an operator to flush all entries from the ARP cache by writing the value clear(2) to this object. This is useful for forcing the device to re-resolve IP-to-MAC address mappings after a network topology change.
