What is pipNewCfgRemoveVlan?
This write-only configuration object specifies which VLAN should be disassociated from a Proxy IP (PIP) entry during a pending configuration update. Writing a VLAN ID here removes that VLAN from the PIP's association; reading it always returns 0.
