What is fltNewCfgExtendedLayer7DenyUrlBmap?

Provides a read-only bitmap indicating which URL path entries are currently selected for Layer 7 deny filtering in this extended filter rule. Each bit position corresponds to a URL path index, with a set bit meaning that path is included in the deny list.
