Description: When set to enable(1), per link stats collection is enabled; when set to disable(0), the per link stats are not collected.

What is alLinkStatsCollect?

Boolean (0=disable, 1=enable) for collecting link-level statistics. Enable for granular link analysis. Example: 1=collect stats.
