What is shelfDefAdmin?
This OID stores the administrative state of the shelf (such as in-service, out-of-service, or under maintenance). Network engineers use this to control whether the shelf is actively processing traffic or has been deliberately taken offline for maintenance or troubleshooting. A value of 'in-service' means the shelf is authorized to handle live network traffic.
