This OID holds the high threshold for errored seconds (ES) on TCM B during 15-minute periods (unsigned 32-bit, 0-900 seconds). Errored seconds indicate times when the link had transmission errors but was still carrying traffic, so engineers set this to catch degradation before it causes outages. A threshold of 50 means the system will alert if more than 50 seconds within 15 minutes contain bit errors.
