What is tcmAFacilityDataThresholdCapSESHighThres15min?
This OID defines the 15-minute threshold for severely errored seconds (SES) on the monitored TCM-A segment, alerting operators when that path section reaches critical error density. Unlike ODU-level SES (which reports the entire channel), TCM-A SES pinpoints which intermediate circuit element is failing. A TCM-A SES threshold of 1 per 15 minutes tells you that specific segment cannot tolerate any burst of frame corruption.
