What is shelfConnCapRowStatus?
This OID controls whether a shelf interconnection entry is active, inactive, or being created/deleted in the equipment table. Network engineers use this to enable new shelf-to-shelf connections, disable failed ones, or decommission old connections in the ADVA system. For example, setting the value to "active" activates a newly provisioned connection ready to carry traffic; "destroy" removes it entirely.
