What is otuFacilityDataThresholdCapSESHighThres15min?
This OID stores the maximum number of severely errored seconds allowed on an OTU during a 15-minute interval. Severely errored seconds indicate much worse link quality than regular errored seconds, so engineers set this threshold lower to catch serious problems quickly. A threshold of 5 means the system alarms immediately if the OTU experiences severe errors for more than 5 seconds in 15 minutes.
