What is opticalMuxCapTilt?
This OID measures how much the optical signal power varies (in dB) across different wavelengths on the transmission band. Network engineers monitor tilt to ensure all channels receive equal power; excessive tilt causes some wavelengths to degrade faster than others. A tilt value of +3 dB means the higher-frequency channels are 3 decibels stronger than lower-frequency channels, which may require adjustment.
