What is optMuxPhysThresholdCapAttTxHigh?
This OID sets the maximum acceptable signal loss on the transmit fiber path. Operators use this to catch transmit-side fiber degradation early before it impacts system reliability and performance on long-distance links. Setting this to 5 dB generates an alarm if measured transmit fiber attenuation rises above 5 dB.
