What is moduleCapGainRange?
This OID specifies the minimum and maximum amplification gain (in decibels) that can be set on an EDFA module. Network operators adjust gain settings to optimize signal levels at different points along the optical path. For example, a gain range of 20-40 dB means operators can configure anything from 20 dB of amplification (boosting signal 100-fold) up to 40 dB (10,000-fold boost).
