What is linkCapProxyArp?
This OID controls whether the link responds to ARP address resolution requests from other subnets on behalf of the local device. Administrators enable this feature to extend connectivity across subnets or when the device needs to intercept ARP queries. For example, if enabled, this link will answer ARP requests for the FENDIP endpoint IP address from devices on remote subnets.
