What is facilityPhysThresholdCapLogicalLanesSkewHigh?
This OID stores the maximum high threshold for skew (timing difference) between logical data lanes on parallel optical transmission channels, measured in picoseconds. High skew between lanes causes bit errors and data corruption in multi-lane interfaces like 400G coherent signals, so engineers need threshold limits to configure alarms. A value of 800 means the system alerts when the timing difference between the fastest and slowest lanes exceeds 800 picoseconds.
