What is eccCapType?
This OID defines whether an ECC connection operates as a wrapper service with layer termination or as a transparent payload passthrough. Network engineers configure this to determine how the Ethernet Connectivity Card processes traffic—either terminating the connection or relaying it unchanged. A value of 'wrapper' means the card terminates and processes the connection itself, while 'payload' means it transparently forwards traffic.
