Description: The DS1 performance monitor Threshold Value for the Current 15 minute Errored Seconds parameter. The default value is 65 for an approximate BER level of (10** -5).

What is adDS1CurrentThrsES?

This is the threshold count for Errored Seconds in the current 15-minute interval (default 65). If actual ES exceeds this, an alert fires. Approximately 10^-5 BER, so 65 errors in 900 seconds suggests poor line quality.
